Facilitating in salary negotiation plus ensuring timely joining of the candidate
Release Offer Letters: Coordination with recruitment team and selected candidates and roll out offer letters stating date of joining, compensation details etc.
Joining and Exit Formalities: Handling joining formalities with candidates joining both for in-house and outsourced candidates. Handling Exit interviews and necessary formalities w.r.t. clearance form, id card submission, releasing experience, relieving letters and full & final settlement.
Induction.Responsible for orientation of the new recruits into the system.
Background Verification: On-time verification of selected candidates own and in coordination with background verification agencies based on information furnished by selected candidates.
Compensation & Benefits: Involved in planning process for compensation and benefit policy for in-house resources.
Appraisal: Ensuring appraisal completions in coordination with People Managers & employees.
Getting the self-appraisals filled from employees.
Ensuring that the appraisals are done by people managers by providing the appropriate ratings
Grievances Redressal: Addressing queries on leaves, CTC, appraisals, project allowance, timesheets for Internal and Outsourced candidates
Employee Engagement: Ensuring employees are engaged and enthusiastic about their work.
Client Interaction: Ensuring right people are placed at client location and resolving the issues on priority basis if any arises.
Conflict Management: Managing conflicts for internal and external resources.
Reports: Maintaining monthly reports regarding newly joined candidates, leaves, timesheets, payroll, night shift tracker and relieving documents.
Prepare monthly reports for clients as per the requirement.
