We have urgent opening for Desktop Support Engineer for our client
Job Profile: Desktop Support Engineer / Lead Position
 JD :
* Day to day troubleshooting for Incidents & Problems reported by users and timely update in the ticket logging tool
* Troubleshooting desktop / laptop OS issues
* Installation / re-installation / configuration of systems, printers, scanners


* Troubleshooting printer / scanner related issues
* Install antivirus software and check virus definition auto updates on desktops / laptops which have failed automatic update
* Install approved patches onto desktops / laptops which have failed automatic update


* Ability to quickly analyse & diagnose technical problems
* Independently generates solutions based on analytical, technical skills and business knowledge. Mentor and train other team members
* Maintain the asset stock, do the asset allocation at circle level
Job Location: Mumbai Ghansoli
Notice: Immediate or 15 days 
Experience:  min 3+ Years
Qualification: Any Graduate with 50% ( Regular ) or Diploma Polytechnic with 50%
Correspondence degree will not be considerable.
